Arena2026Digital.com is an independent digital advertising platform operated as a private business.
When you purchase a match-day spotlight package, you are purchasing a digital listing placement on the Arena2026Digital.com platform for the duration of a specific match day. You are not purchasing any official World Cup accreditation, media rights, or stadium access.
Bookings are accepted via our online form. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to decline any submission that violates these terms or our content standards. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after payment.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice. Failure to pay within this window releases your slot back to the public. We currently accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards via our payment processor.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the match date: full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made 3–7 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the match: no refund. If a match is cancelled or abandoned by the organizing body, we will offer a full refund or credit toward another match.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your business information, logo, and fan offer. Content must not be misleading, defamatory, or infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these standards without refund.
By uploading a logo, you confirm that you own or have the right to use it commercially. You grant Arena2026Digital a non-exclusive licence to display it on our platform for the duration of your booking.
Arena2026Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages arising from your listing or any disruption to our platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arena2026Digital is registered. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
